<p class="has-text-align-center" value="<em>Hello there everyone… Hope you guys are safe and doing well.Hello there everyone… Hope you guys are safe and doing well.
So today I went out to buy some groceries and while coming back to home it started raining heavily. And when I reached near my house I saw few kids playing in mud poodles. Jumping in and splashing muddy water on each-other. Throwing pebbles in to the poodle to watch the stone bounce back with splash of mud.
<p class="has-text-align-center" value="<em>They were laughing with pure joy. To see them enjoying in rain I just went back to the times when I was a kid and I used to go out every time it used to rain. I used to make paper boats to float it in the flowing water to see how far it will go without sinking and melt in water. I used to jump in poodles just to have fun at the time, even though I knew when I would be back to home I will be scolded by my Mom for playing in rain and getting all my cloths muddy which she had to clean. They were laughing with pure joy. I used to jump in poodles just to have fun at the time, even though I knew when I would be back to home I will be scolded by my Mom for playing in rain and getting all my cloths muddy which she had to clean.
We had a mindset of living in the moment. And now today when it started raining I just wanted to hurry back inside my house before my groceries gets spoiled or before I catch cold. May be as we grow up and start taking responsibilities we stop living the small moments the way we used to in our childhood. Like in our childhood also we knew well that playing in rain will make us sick eventually but we didn’t used to care. “Huh!! we can get a day off from school.” That was our way of living our life.
I asked myself, would behaving a bit childish once in a while in our grown-up life would be that bad? Just to have it out of our system. I think we should. Its a wonderful way of reliving our childhood memories and get a break from our current busy lifestyle.
Have you ever made sand castles whenever you played in sand in your childhood? Collected seashells? I used to love playing in sand. I used collect all the seashells in a jar. But now when I go to a beach, which is very rare, I just sit there looking far distant in to the sea. Having thoughts which I never thought would ever come to my mind in my childhood.
I remember in summer holidays I used to climb on boundaries of neighbor’s house to steal mangoes and wild berries off their trees. And start running as soon as the owner of the house comes out to check what all the noise is all about. Those were the best memories of my childhood. Sometimes I just wish I had a bit of that innocence still in me.
I hope you guys have your favorite childhood memories which just makes you overwhelmed and takes you down the memory lane. Please share your favorite childhood memories in the comment section below.

Most people stay away from their families and friends now a days because of their job or studies or some other reason. And after long tiring days they end up being alone the remaining hours of the day in some room cooped-up in four walls. Eventually they end up sad and depressed.
I agree its difficult to go through such times. We feel like talking to someone or go out with some one and relax. But somehow we don’t get to do it. There was a time I went through such time and it was really difficult. I became very moody and cranky but with time I learned how to enjoy my solitude.
If you can’t enjoy your own company then how can you expect someone else to enjoy your company.
There are many ways to get out of this painful feeling.
Avoid flaking out on plans. Has it ever happened that someone might have invited you for some outing or some other plans and you have ended-up giving some non-sense reason to get out of the situation? Well this is something you shouldn’t do. Because eventually people will stop inviting you to accompany them thinking you are uninterested. Sometimes its better to enjoy the moment and go out and have fun.
Start writing a journal. I started journal-ling a long time back and I can say that it really helped me in a very positive way. Writing down the way your day went and the way you feel about it helps having a different perspective towards life. It helps getting rid of the negative emotions as well.
Think about all the perks. When you are around people, you usually do something everyone commonly enjoy and have a good time. But at times we have our own wishes and choices which others might not like to do. So when you are alone you can do whatever you want. Like watch your favorite movie or favorite series or read a book or play video games. You can even cook your favorite dish and eat it while watching a movie. And you don’t have to think whether others will like it or not.
Use your time productively. Is there any work pending which you have been postponing since a very long time. Or any course you wanted to, but never got the time to do it. Do it now!! This is the best way to use your time alone properly and it will distract your mind from the lonely feeling too. It will also boost your emotions about yourself in to happy direction.
Try knowing yourself better. Having lot of time in your hands, you can always try to discover your talents or your likes and dislikes. Does doing some particular activity makes you anxious or nervous but you always wanted to do it. Like playing any particular sport or dancing or singing. Try taking a leap and go for it dear!! Its better to explore it and get to know whether you are good at it or not rather than always having a regret of never trying it throughout your life.
Try to stay away from social media. When you feeling sad and lonely, its better to stay away from social media. Now a days in social media people often post their happy moments, where they are enjoying their life. Which is not a bad thing of course but it might make you feel even more lonely and depressed.
Identifying your loneliness triggers. Try to find the timings and situations that makes you feel lonely. Its not necessary to feel lonely when you are alone. At times people feel lonely even when they are surrounded by people and friends. May be because they don’t feel included or they don’t like the company that much. Whatever is the reason try to find it. If coming to an empty home after long tiring day of office makes you feel lonely or eating alone makes you lonely, try identifying that reason and try to find a solution it. Like try finding a colleague with whom you can have dinner once in a while after office hour. Or if a friend is staying near by, check if they want to do something for an hour or two.
Try to live in the moment. Its better to start enjoying the moment rather than thinking what you will do once you reach home. If you keep dreading the upcoming lonely time rather than enjoying the present time, then whats the point right?
Learn to differentiate between loneliness and isolation. Feeling lonely at times being alone and your acquaintance being busy with their life is something different. Whereas if you are trying to isolate yourself from others, then may be its time to ask yourself, “Why are you doing this to yourself?”. There may be many reasons to it. May be you don’t like being in your current social circle or may be you are going through a rough time in your life. If you don’t like your current social circle, then try to make new friends. And if you are having a rough time because of work life or personal life then please talk to someone who you feel you can confide in, like a family member or a very old close friend.
Try exploring your interests. It is always good to explore what keeps you interested. Try finding a new hobby. Anything that fascinates you and makes you curious to learn more about it. May be take a painting class or dancing or sculpture making class. Keep trying till you find something which you can do regularly to pass your time. On plus side, you get to learn something new again.
Adopt a pet. People who are animal friendly often adopt a pet. A pet always give you company and also gives you emotional support. You can play with them when you are around. It is also said that people who have pets tend to stay happy most of the time.
Start a exercise routine. Having a regular workout routine not only keeps you healthy and fit, but it also keeps your mood elevated. You might not feel like doing it initially when you are already sad and feeling lonely but after a few days you will definitely notice a change in your mood. You will feel more active and alive.
Try going on a trip. Have you been planing on going on a solo trip since a long time but never got the time or guts!!! Take that trip now. Find an affordable place you want to go, pack your bags and just go. Even if you don’t like going alone, now a days lots of trip organizers are available online. They arrange trips for group of people who want to go on trips but with security and affordable plans. Its a great way to make new friends as you will be meeting lots of new people there.
Last but not the least, try enjoying your own company. It will really help you grow within yourself. I hope all the above points might be of some help to people out there who are feeling lonely right now.

I do believe something very magical can happen when you read a book-
J.K Rowling
Hello, once again guys! I do believe that something magical actually happens when you read a book, you go to an entirely different world and I always want to read more and more.
I know there are a lot of book lovers out there just like me. After a busy day, it’s very difficult to find time for reading. Below are few points which I implemented for myself and I know it will definitely help you to read more books on the daily basis.
Carry a book with you all the time- I carry a book with me all the time and whenever I am traveling in a cab or waiting for someone somewhere I simply prefer to read at those times instead of sitting idle.
Keep another book ready before finishing the current book you are reading- I always like to keep my next to read book ready with me. I buy the book beforehand so that once the current book is over I can start with the new as soon as possible.
Join book forums and websites- There are lots of websites where people share their views and opinions about the books they have read. And, where you can do the same, get to know about books which might take your interest to another level.
Listen to audio books – I know few people are very busy throughout the day and don’t get time at all to read. For them, I can suggest listening to audio books while doing your other work.
Prioritize reading rather watching television- We often watch television and play games and then we complain that we don’t get time to read anymore. I am not saying to never watch television at all or not go through the social network or play games, of course, we need some relaxation. But once in a while, we need to prioritize about what we want to do. For a change try reading for relaxation and you will love it.
Make a list of books you want to read and stick it somewhere you see every day- I make a list of the books I want to read in my smartphone so that I will get motivated to read more whenever I see the list.
Fix a number of pages to read every day- Start with few pages in a day and gradually increase the number of pages, this way you can make a habit of reading for long.
Make realistic reading goals- Give yourself a target for reading a number of books in a particular time period like in a week or months. But don’t make goals which are impossible to finish because we have other works in day to day life as well.
Read multiple books at a time- I have tried reading multiple books at once and in a way, I felt more connected to the book and the content. It kept me refreshed towards the content of the book and I didn’t feel bored.
Before starting a book, make sure you read the review of the book online so that you will have an idea whether the book will hold your interest or not.
So, guys, I hope all those points will help you to read more often. Please follow my page to get the future updates of my posts and please post your comments and suggestions below to help me improve my posts.
Hello again everyone!! So today I am going to write about something which I was going through a while back and as I have overcome it, I thought it would be nice to share it with you all. Maybe it will help some of you. So a while back I was going through a binge eating phase. Even though I like to cook, I was only reaching for foods that we usually don’t eat on daily basis.
I can say I love eating pizza, burger, sandwiches, biriyani etc.. And those are my trigger foods. I started buying chips on the daily basis and I was ordering pizza weekly 3-4 times. And as a result, I started gaining weight and I was always feeling low emotionally. When I realized what was happening to me I instantly changed my diet and routine. Below I am going to list down how I stopped binge eating and I hope this trick helps you as well.
Love yourself the way you are. Appreciate the way you are and be grateful for it because that’s what makes you different from everyone else.
Stop dieting. Restricting yourself from eating will only make you weak physically and emotionally. In result, you will get triggered by the food again and again.
Enjoy your food. When you enjoy your food it will make you happy and you won’t have the urge to eat again and again.
Start eating in every 4-5 hours interval. This trick worked wonders for me. I started eating a small portion of food every 4-5 hours. I ate fruits, or salad or simply juice and in the result, I was not having the urge to eat.
Talk about your feelings to someone with whom you are comfortable with. Mostly one suffers from binge eating when he/she is emotionally weak or broken. When we talk with someone about our own problems and pain, it helps us to recover from it.
No one is perfect. Don’t go for perfection, it will destroy you from the inside. Accept your own personality and know its okay to have flaws.
Treat yourself when you are happy. So whenever I used to feel sad or low I used to order food. Instead, I started giving myself my favorite food whenever I felt happy.
Stop feeling guilty. Even if you fail to control your urge and eat then its okay. Enjoy your food and be happy about.
Be patient and take one day at a time. Binge eating is not something which you can stop at once, it takes constant effort.
Be confident about everything you do on daily basis. Give yourself a positive affirmation to boost your confidence.
So guys try this tricks and feel awesome about yourself. Have a great day ahead.
Give me six hours to chop down a tree and i will spend the first four sharpening the axe – Abraham Lincoln
Hello Guys!!!
Today I want to discuss self-care and loving yourself. With the busy schedule of our day to day life, we often forget to give our mind and body rest. Even the machine needs maintenance once in a while and we are still humans. Most of the successful people are that productive because from every time to time they take time off work to give their brain some rest.
There are a lot of ways to relax and I am going to list down a few ways below:
Take a day off from work and spend quality time with family and friends. This will not only give you some break from stress but also your family and friends will be happy to enjoy with you.
If you are a music lover then simply close eyes for an hour and listen to your choice of music.
Few people like to journal, even if it is not your thing try it once. Sometimes we just need to clear our mind and that can be done if we write it down.
You can hit a gym or take a walk or do some yoga. Exercise is quite important to do be healthy and fit. It also reduces stress.
Take a long shower with essential oils and Epsom salt, its really refreshing and Epsom salt takes all the body ache away.
If you feel too much tired, just go to sleep. Sometimes all your body need is a good sleep.
Give yourself some positive boost by saying affirmations like, “Tomorrow is going to be a good day” or “Its all going to get better and better”. These small positive affirmations make a big difference in life.
Go trekking, or a long walk, spend some time with nature’s beauty.
Once in a while, it is okay to say “No”. If you are already drained for the day and someone asks you to do any work then it is ok to say NO.
Eat a small piece of dark chocolate daily, it is a real stress buster.
Watch some funny videos on YouTube. Laughing always takes all our stress away.
Give a spa day to yourself at home at least once a month.
So guys try out this tips and share with me which one works for you. Also please follow my page and share your comments below to help me out come with new ideas.
Greetings to all and hope you are all doing awesome in this tiresome daily life. Somehow we don’t get time to focus on what we are eating daily, so let’s get into something healthy and delicious. Shall we?
Nowadays when it comes to healthy food one name comes upfront and that is Oats and well it does have very nutritional values.
Basically, oat is a combination of soluble as well as insoluble fiber in the form of cereal grain. The soluble fiber in the grain forms a viscous gel which lowers cholesterol and stabilizes blood glucose levels in our body. Whereas the insoluble fiber helps provide a “moving” experience by curtailing constipation and improving intestinal health. The main cultivation area for this secondary crop is Northwestern Europe. On today’s date, Russia is the leading country for the cultivation of oats.
Variety of Oats available in the market:
Whole grain oats: It is the main oat groats which are the least processed oats available in the market and is very high in nutrition.
Steel cut oats: Also known as Irish oats is when oats groats are chopped into small pieces with metal blades.
Scottish oats: Also known as Oatmeal is when oats are stone ground into irregular broken bits.
Rolled oats: When oats are steamed and rolled into flakes are called rolled oats.
Quick oats and Instant oats: These variants are the same as rolled oats but steamed for a longer time.
Oat bran: Oat bran is mainly the outer layer of the oat groats.
Mineral Content: It is said that 1 Cup of cooked oatmeal has 150 calories, 4 gm of fiber and 13 gm of protein. It also provides various minerals like Thiamin, Magnesium, Selenium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Manganese, Iron, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Biotin, phenolic acid, phytic acid, etc.
Health Benefits:
It is naturally gluten free, so people who are gluten intolerant for them oats is a great option.
As oats are very in fiber content, it keeps us full for a very long time and helps us control our weight.
It lowers cholesterol level.
Provides low- level energy for a longer period of time.
Low glycemic impact in oatmeal helps us avoid cravings for a longer time period.
It helps in keeping the blood sugar level low.
It helps to decrease total daily calories by as much as 81%.
It also improves immune response.
Reduces risk of cardiovascular diseases.
So its recommended to eat oats at least in any one part of our daily meal. I generally prefer to eat oats for breakfast or lunch. Overnight oats recipes are my favorites as when I wake up in the morning my breakfast is all ready to eat.
Tip: I have heard a lot of people complaining that they don’t like eating oats because of its gel-like consistency after cooking. Well here is a small tip for them, take a frying pan and dry roast the oats in low heat. This will reduce the gel kind consistency to a great extent.
So, guys, I hope this post was helpful for you all and if you have any queries or suggestion please comment below. And please follow my page to get my future updates.
Your brain will work tirelessly to achieve the statements you give your subconscious mind. And when those statements are the affirmations and images of your goals, you are destined to achieve them. — Jack Canfield
Vision Board is a pictorial representation of our dreams and goals.
Visualization is one of the most helpful tricks to achieve what we want, and with the vision board, we try to remind yourself on daily basis to focus on our goals and grow within it. Obviously to achieve anything one needs to be focused and consistent and vision board helps us doing exactly the same. The first time I came across this was when I got to know about Laws of Attraction. In the book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne it is said that “The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe.”
All we need to do is visualize what we want with a positive mindset and we are definitely going to get it. Eventually, we will start noticing changes in yourself. Looking at the board every day will give us the confidence boost and suddenly we will start taking more responsibility towards our dreams. We will take those actions and decisions which previously we thought is not possible at all. We will start noticing opportunities which were already there in front of our eyes we never noticed it.
How to make a vision board?
Everyone has there own style of a vision board, many people take a big cardboard and keep sticking pictures on it whereas few people put pictures on their refrigerator and few people make a journal. The main thing is it should visible to you every day.
Vision board should not only have pictures of what we want, it should also represent how we feel about it as well. Try finding pictures or quotes which clearly represents your ideal wish or desire. Make sure it doesn’t become a clutter, try to be very clear on your goals. If you find a picture of yourself which represents a very happy moment of your life then stick that picture in the center of the board. It will make you feel that happiness every day. You can also create a board of achievements, like when anytime any of your wishes come true of the Vision board remove it and stick it to the accomplished board. This will increase your faith and confidence in yourself.
I hope this article was helpful for you and please share me your comments and suggestions. If you make your vision board then share the images with me as well. Please follow my page for further updates.
Today we are going to know some interesting facts about almonds. Almond is my favorite in nuts and honestly, I was amazed when I got to know that it has so many nutritious properties.
The almond is a species of tree native to Mediterranean climate region. It is also the name of the edible seed of this tree. The fruit of the almond is a drupe, consisting of an outer hull and a hard shell with the seed, which is not a true nut, inside. Almonds range from sweet to bitter in taste. Sweet almonds are edible and are used in day to day life, while the bitter almonds are used for making oil.
February 16th is the National Almond Day and is celebrated by making almond themed deserts.

“THE WAY TO GET STARTED IS TO QUIT TALKING AND BEGIN DOING.” — WALT DISNEY
Welcome to TWI!
Nowadays we all have a busy life, and we all want to finish all work faster and also want to get better results…
First and most important point is to form those habits which will make us more productive in the day to day life.
Focus on one task at a time– We often try to finish multiple tasks at the same time and end-up ruining everything. By focusing on one task at a time we give our best performance.
Take breaks and give time to yourself– We get so tired by continuously working and obsessing over finishing everything that we forget to give rest to our body and mind. By taking a break once in a while we rejuvenate our ability to do better.
“Take rest; a field that has rested gives a bountiful crop.”- Ovid
Make list- This is the best practice to make our day productive. By making a list we get to prioritize our work and keep a track of our whole day.
Finish the most important task first to get the best result- We all have a peak time for the whole day. For some people, it’s the early morning and for some its midnight and also for some people it is the daytime. We should keep the most important work of the day at that time. In that peak time, our mind works faster and better than any other time of the day.
Start your day by focusing on yourself- I guess there are a lot of people who have a habit of checking emails and social media updates as soon as they open their eyes. Once we wake up in the morning, our body and mind are at ease. Its the best time to give ourselves. We should do something for our well being in this particular time. Just have a cup of tea without a mobile or newspaper. Or do yoga or exercise. Spend that time with your family. Your whole day will go well by doing so.
Embrace your failure- One thing I have learned with my life experiences is that failure makes us stronger to handle the hard times of life. Getting failure is not a bad thing, it just puts a pause button on our racing life. It gives us time to take a good look at every aspect of life and take proper decisions. So instead of feeling bad, start feeling grateful to have that time in your life.
Stop procrastination- Some people procrastinate to plan their work and some people procrastinate to delay it. Be the first kind of person. By delaying work no one has achieved good results until today, it only increases the pressure on us.
Note down all the “Oh Yes!” moments instantly– Does it ever happen to you, that you are working out or walking somewhere or even shopping and suddenly new idea pop-ups to your mind regarding work or hobby? Yes? Suddenly we say “Oh yes! Then note it down and implement it as soon as possible. Often we forget those ideas and move on with life which becomes a regret later.
Believe that you are different than others- Confidence is key to success, doesn’t matter whether we are capable to do a task or not, it is important to believe that we can do it. We can always learn new things and do any task, that’s what makes us different than others and it is important to believe the same.
Don’t compare yourself with others- Comparing ourselves with others will only demoralize us. Each person has a unique set of qualities and talents in the different field, which makes everyone different from each other. So its very obvious everyone has different way and pace to work and perform.
Power of “why” keeps you moving ahead- Its very important to understand Why you are doing what you are doing. Usually, many of us know what we are doing. Many of us also know how to do it as well, but very few people know why they are doing. Those are the few people who reach their goal sooner and also in the way to reach there they inspire others a lot. The Golden circle by Simon Sinek suggests that start with Why, discuss the How, and end with What.
So guys its time to start making changes in our day to day life.
Hope the above tips were helpful to you all, if yes then please click the Like button below and follow my page so that I can come up with new ideas.
“Time management is a misnomer, the challenge is to manage ourselves.” – Stephen Covey
Hello to all…
There was a time I used to think, “I have so much to do in so little time”. I didn’t know where to start and how to finish all my work and this continued for years.
Whereas now I finish all my chores and also get time to spend with myself or my loved ones.
Believe me, it’s quite simple. It is the small efforts that make life simple and easier.
What we need to do is keep our thoughts organized and act accordingly. I do prefer to make a list and check all the points once it is done. But with time it automatically became a nature or habit per say.
Plan Ahead
First thing in the morning: When I wake up in the morning while having tea I try remembering all the things needs to be done throughout the day. If anything very important pop ups in my mind, I save it in my smartphone checklist as a reminder. Or I take a notepad and list everything done and stick it on the refrigerator. By doing so I make sure my day is moving as planned and nothing is missing out. This is the first step to organize and plan your whole day. You can also plan the night before going to sleep: Planning the next day before also helps you sleep stress-free.
Once we get a list of task needs to be done, we need to prioritize. Yes, this step is very important. There are people who complain, “I stay so busy the whole day, I am always working. Its either at the office or when I come home, I feel like I am always working and it drains me out. I am too exhausted to spend time with anyone else.”
